The concern you have with legalized cannabis is that it needs to be marketed. I'm not sure how well commercials showing a party scene with participants firing up a bowl is going to be received....even if the departing caption is to fire-up responsibly. Edibles might be the better route. They don't carry a negative imagine as of yet.
