Agreed. I think they are in the process of getting a journal publication. No point in expecting the results at ASCO and be hugely disappointed.

" They will not release TLD at a virtual conference."
I agree, at least not full in depth data, but possibly a quick summary.

I'm trying to look at this logically, although I am not a business major or work in financial field.

I am thinking partnership. reasons:

LP remains in control for as long as she wants of NWBO
LP possibly on board of directors of partner.
Instant financing
possible help in moving to NYSE
Legal help
New hires are protected
More access to candidates for future trials
quicker rollout of product
Help with FDA and other regulatory bodies
Instant stock increase. Dividends for the boards retirement years

They can go it alone and have everything set to do so, but for the above reasons i think partnership. Helping the most people as quickly as possible. To roll this out to the world, they need help.

If Merck, a partnership offers trials of combinations of treatments. Shared data, It also protects DCvax from not getting lost in the BP world.

I added 5000 more shares friday.

just my 2 cents.

Agreed.

They will not release TLD at a virtual conference

Agreed.

I just feel too many here are building up ASCO to be this big event and I simply don’t think that’s rational and I hate to see the fallout of a disappointed group of shareholders

Agreed.

when the bigger picture should be kept in mind

I do not know if they will or not, but I do not think they will arbitrarily withhold TLD either and the benefit any conference provides is access to media, not actually physical presence but the amplification that such a conference event provides as a platform for the industry generally. I actually do not think that is in fact diminished by the fact that all conferences will be virtual for the foreseeable future.

So I think if the announcement of imminent publication is appropriate, for any reason, an announcement will be released whenever it makes sense to do so. If then after that they are at a conference, whether it is virtual or not, there will be an opportunity to discuss it. But I would not get hung up on virtual conferences, one way or the other. I am not sure a lot is going to change for a while. I do not see them withholding data for the end of the pandemic.

If publication is delayed to July, then they may wait until closer to the publication date, but that will have little to do with whether ASCO was virtual or not, IMHO. As I said, almost everything had been virtualized for now and it is not clear when that will change fully into the foreseeable future. That can’t be a reason for delay, IMHO.

Please reread my statement I did not say they would release TLD at the conference. The release would be via a normal PR "before" the timed presentation at ASCO, where they would go over the PR and add color. So, if NW were scheduled at 1:00 PM, the PR might be 6:00 AM that morning. This is just routine.
