Historians in the News SOURCE: Washington Post 4/5/2020
Until now, I have generally been reluctant to label Donald Trump the worst president in U.S. history. As a historian, I know how important it is to allow the passage of time to gain a sense of perspective. Some presidents who seemed awful to contemporaries (Harry S. Truman) or simply lackluster (Dwight D. Eisenhower, George H.W. Bush) look much better in retrospect. Others, such as Thomas Jefferson and Woodrow Wilson, don’t look as good as they once did.
So I have written, as I did on March 12, that Trump is the worst president in modern times — not of all time. That left open the possibility that James Buchanan, Andrew Johnson, Franklin Pierce, Warren Harding or some other nonentity would be judged more harshly. But in the past month, we have seen enough to take away the qualifier “in modern times.”
With his catastrophic mishandling of the coronavirus, Trump has established himself as the worst president in U.S. history.
Da Kine 17, Yes Trump was born into the world. No surprise there. Control matrix? You really do live in a fiction. Still, it's good to know at least you know Trump was never running much of anything. Father Fred pulled him out of bankruptcy at least twice. Business bankruptcies? About eight. He wasn't even the one who picked who should be fired from his reality show which paved his way to the presidency. What exactly did he succeed in except to build a brand?
Trump tried to change what? Oh, Obamacare. And he did dismantle the pandemic protection apparatus. See
Trump's "drain the swamp" means 'drain the expertise'. Excerpt from yours ..
"In May 2018, Trump ordered the NSC’s entire global health security unit shut down, calling for reassignment of Rear Adm. Timothy Ziemer and dissolution of his team inside the agency. The month before, then-White House National Security Advisor John Bolton pressured Ziemer’s DHS counterpart, Tom Bossert, to resign along with his team. Neither the NSC nor DHS epidemic teams have been replaced. The global health section of the CDC was so drastically cut in 2018 that much of its staff was laid off and the number of countries it was working in was reduced from 49 to merely 10. Meanwhile, throughout 2018, the U.S. Agency for International Development and its director, Mark Green, came repeatedly under fire from both the White House and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo. And though Congress has so far managed to block Trump administration plans to cut the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps by 40 percent, the disease-fighting cadres have steadily eroded as retiring officers go unreplaced...." https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=153995534
So now consider this:
If your totally fictional conspiracy theory that the pandemic was never a pandemic, but actually was an intentional act by some power hungry cabal then Trump, by dismantling America's protection against it (which undeniably he did), must have been an integral part of it your conspiracy.
You see we could if we wanted to turn your conspiracy bullshit against you. Easily.
Actually, you should know: The world is more chaos than controlled. Your X-File/Matrix view of it all is bulls;hit.
