You need to drawer up a formal complaint to the Tennessee Bar on STEVE MILLS posthaste. This wood be filed with the Tennessee State Bar and not wiff DaCourt in any state.

If Xu files/filed against you in MI, then notify OTCM and FiNRA about that ownership and CONtrol dispute as admitted by XU via a court filing he makes/made.

Your entire plan of attack to rescind/vitiate/void/negate/nullify the sails CONtract requires you to first show you relied on advice from STEVE MILLS which he was not legally allowed to provide to you because (1) you are mentally incapacitated and disabled and on powerful drugz, (2) STEVE MILLS is nott licensed to provide legal advice to individuals and enitities domiciled in Michigan of Florida, and (3) STEVE MILLS had a CONflict f innerest which you were incompetent and thuse unable to waive.

From your post I totally agree with this "mentally incapacitated"

PJ Crazy Eddy better get a good lawyer and start selling his shares to pay fees and other expenses else he will lose everything company and shares later on after losing on court. Also he should stop posting here since he is making it easier for the other party when exposing his contradicting position vs what he admited signing on the contract.

IMO Accr shares will go back to 0.005 very soon!
