From your post I totally agree with this "mentally incapacitated"
PJ Crazy Eddy better get a good lawyer and start selling his shares to pay fees and other expenses else he will lose everything company and shares later on after losing on court. Also he should stop posting here since he is making it easier for the other party when exposing his contradicting position vs what he admited signing on the contract.
