"On March 11, 2021, the Company completed its Agreement of Merger and Plan of Merger regarding the acquisition of 1094 Military Trail, LLC (which is located in Jupiter, Florida). The Company issued 10,000,000 shares (which have a current value of $142,000) of its common stock in exchange for 100% of the ownership shares of the acquired Company. The acquisition will be accounted for as a purchase and 1094 Military Trail, LLC will be a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The Company also issued 5,000,000 Series A preferred shares a part of the transaction."

AND YES, THERE IS A TOOTH FAIRY!

Can't wait to see the Q1 financial report in the next week or so. Commercial buildings are not sold for "pennies on the dollar" unless they are dumps. Even the Renaissance Village Idiot would not be that stupid! The March 11, 2021 building acquisition will be included on the Q1 Balance Sheet. We can revisit the building valuation, when the financial report is posted to OTC Markets by May 15.
