Could that be debt being converted? Good entry point for lender maybe? Fairly new in OTC and still learning. Holding 550K shares avg at .0245. Seeing that large of an investment by anyone seems promising.

Almost 15% of total dollar volume of $3.6 mill

Based on 33 mil sold we have only 100 mil to get the Float to the O/S. Dilution is almost done!!! Once they sell a 34 mil block it's all but over with. They can only sell/dilute 10% of the O/S in a day. In case y'all don't know these things.
