Bop feels it cannot as there is still ongoing litigation. (her UW in class 19 thing for $25 per P)
AZ feels it’s done as he already confirmed with Doreen Logan.
And folks driving this don’t say anything.
You just have to pick a side and be happy with it.
I personally have been ready for the remaining $975 per P for the past couple of years since IMO we already lost more than $637 per P translated to a very nominally performing index fund like VTSAX.

One could call up the Delaware registered agent for the LT and ask if they are still accepting service of process for the LT. If the LT is already dissolved the agent should know and probably would decline to accept and say so because it would then be a hassle to get involved.

It’s done....not worth it giving any substance....10 years from now the same people will still state the LT still operating.....
