I will go by the what the SECT OF STATE OF DELAWARE is showing and it does NOT SHOW IT IS CLOSED! IMHO or didn't a couple of weeks ago or so .

Even if IF IF the POR or court docs say they can close it down, the STATE OF DELAWARE would IMHO still need to be informed would they not?
