Avii has stated time and time again that he is incapable of always accurately predicting which way agencies will rule in any given situation. He has lost money guessing wrong, and he has made money guessing right. For NWBO, I’d guess he is more interested in finance timing. His arguments are thin, and when disproven disappear. It’s a bear raid today on the right hand side of a small head and shoulders. That should be enough to tell you where his intent is.
It has been confirmed that the regulatory agency needs to approve the endpoints before THEY change the posting. Two agencies have spoken and all four were consulted.
