Fraud can be investigated by the dept of justice.... if fraud occurred during the trial.....of course innocent until proven guilty.....neither one has been satisfied in regards just to the fraud....are you saying the fraud issue can’t be investigated on face value?....that the fraud issue apart from appeal is 100 percent a no go?
