Ya... but related to the documents Ema is trying to get the judge to issue a summary judgment and tptw is pointing out all the inconsistencies with the EMA claims... plus tptw filed the actual contract and case law with facts from st3 showing that tptw fullfilled agreement and tptw wants to proceed with our counterclaims and wants the judge to grant discovery so we can look at ema books to prove they intentionally broke law and illegally profitted and force ema to buy back and return all those shares
