No it adds to the confusion because DeNunzio said Catapult is a shell and a business in name only with no material operations or something along those lines. I think it's mere coincidence that there's a company with that name in Canada.
Remember that hilarious debacle with the Four Seasons Hotel and Four Seasons Landscaping in politics last year? Some companies have the same name.
