I understand the confusion initially, but think about it, why on earth would DeNunzio give the shell the exact same name as a private company that has a big presence on the internet already? He knows what he's doing. Yes, this is a shell because it's still in the process of getting current. The merger won't happen until all the filings are done on the shell, and it's PINK current with OTC.

No need to change the name again after current status. Catapult Solutions Inc. will be able to hit the ground running when the time is ready.
