The default has nothing to do with Rufus becoming CEO. The default was against the company, not Harris, personally. Harris would have to be convicted of a securities crime, which he wasn't. Harris has been ordered to NOT LIE, nothing else.

The default came down because it was uncontested - a standard procedure.


No one can show any documentation showing he can't be CEO.
