IDCC WTDD development for Nokia

I have a question or two that maybe someone here can answer.
Nokia subcontracted UTRA TDD development to IDCC.
I believe they contracted for that work in February 1999 and I believe that the total contract value amounted to ~$58 million.
In what years was that revenue recognized?
Do you know what portion of the revenue was recognized in what calendar year?
Is that contract work completed, and as a consequence the revenue flow completed?
One last question. When does IDCC report Q3?
