No they don’t you can pay for it but just keep your TD account open and use it for free L2 been doing this for years now. Never even funded my TD account and get TOS and free L2.

Harr, I was trading $CPSL within 15 minutes of open today. Like I said went to bed $AWGI, woke up and saw my 2milly shares were now $CPSL.

No issue whatsoever trading, so your comment is sus given how many people have expressed frustration with TD today. If you like em, fine, nobody's saying you have to leave.

But i agree with whoever said E-trade is best platform for trading OTC. They don't try to "protect" you from anything while stealing money from you out the back.
