For 1st time today I went to buy some NWBO.
Neither of my above accounts would allow!!

It puts cash to the tune of a dilutive 20 cents per share in the company's pocket, as they burn through it all Q to Q. Big question is are the warrant holders selling their freshly converted common? I say yes based on the slow drip.
