Your email starts off, "its a very bad look", "waving around what appears to be fraudulent paperwork", and "claimed multi-billion dollar deal". Its my experience that if you truly want answers to your questions, it is best to be non-accusatory.

The remainder of your email calls into question the integrity of Trust Investment Bank. It is my opinion that you are confusing two similarly named banks. Please refer to my previous post.
