The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission issued the public "warning" statement, which in part says:

"The Company, which purports to be registered at Bougainville Kemp House, 152-160 City Road, London ECIV 2NX, and which has been connected to the website address www.trustinvestmentbankbvi.com, has falsely claimed that it is the first Islamic bank in the BVI. The Company was not incorporated in the BVI and has never been licensed by the FSC to conduct any type of financial services in the BVI.

Members of the public are therefore advised to exercise extreme caution if solicited at any time and should refrain from conducting any financial services business with the Company"

The FSC is referring to www.trustinvestmentbankbvi.com NOT trust-investment-bank.com.
