Personally I do not take his gang very seriously anymore. For one they are not shorting at the moment, no way.
Back in the day AF was able to sow the seeds of doubt, it was easy as DVAX was sailing in uncharted waters, a few hiccups along the way and presto we sat at 17 cents.
Now its about trial completion, it will be hard to debunk that if its the real deal post-publication. They will get scorched if they try to short.
Retail shorting succeeeds when there is fear usually when a negative event or catalyst occurs. I do not see that happening.
