So if we deduct the 20% that Carter is trying to snipe and the additional stake given to Bentham for continued personal loans to Carter, how much would be left for shareholders percentage-wise?

The reason it wasnt in those contracts, and why the waterfall isnt as written, is that everything gets negotiated at the final table. All parties will be there except us. I am not concerned about that as much because there are some close members of Billy's and Rob's family as common shareholders. Possibly the same with people around the inventors, but they have never told me about any holders. But it is a fair guess there are some. Because of that, there will be some allowance for the common. A couple of us are going to be close enough to the fire here to singe our eyebrows in the next few weeks. The powers to be know we are here, and that we are watching, and are not an unruly mob. We are closer to the lawyers, the inventors and probably Billy, than any IP shareholders on these boards. Right now it is winning the case we should be interested in, the rest comes later.
