I also have a suspicion that a-c-cr was being investigated already and now with the xanaxu crew involved I'd say it's only a matter of time til we see the public announcement and this principals name will be in the defense list.

I agree 100%.. seems like. A setup by Jensen... No one with a brain sells a clean share for a verbal price if $50k then complains the next day.
