I agree 100%.. seems like. A setup by Jensen... No one with a brain sells a clean share for a verbal price if $50k then complains the next day.

I think the baked short entity is mixed in here some how.

Makes no sense
Sell a $1,000,000 company for 60k on verbal with no attorney present or documentation
