WebSlinger... 100% correct. No effort made to defend himself because it was clear he breached the contract. As Herbert Leeming's affidavit indicated, Madero assured Leeming the $10M amount due in the contract would be forthcoming and Madero never sent it.
It is still due and the judge is going to award it as a default judgment along with interest and attorney fees.
