When I read first, I thought this might be only a formal point in the restructuring of the company. I have no problem with that, as I do not think, this is something essential. It is not mentioned that Yvonne Wang left the company. And I also can not imagine, that she will leave.

I would assume that Global would like to be part of their team. Out with the old and in with the new. I see it as a good move.

Why do you think odd timing? Perhaps the Co is gearing up to file fins but wants everyone in place first? Thoughts?
