Not trying to be a pita, just trying to understand.
Obviously "metrics" is a way of measuring, but are they incentivized
by GV "metrics"? Is the GV metric in their territory merely monitored or does it affect their income one way or the other?
The whole reason someone is in sales is because they have an opportunity to make $ beyond their base salary.

I can confirm from my rep that what Gbert says is correct about GV counting for the reps. It's not their fault if the insurer converts a script.
