I would appreciate a "reader's digest" version. I'm not familiar with a lot of terms you use.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart ATL.
This is real DD in a format that everyone can understand.
I can’t express how much confidence this gives me during a somewhat frustrating time*.
*From an investment standpoint. I can’t even imagine how frustrating this delay must be for GBM patients who NEED this treatment.

Data looks good enough. So what are NWBO waiting for? Just go ahead release TLD! Why took 7 months+ ?

Fantastic post, thanks ATL. It seems clear to me that the worst we can expect is a 6 month improvement on mOS compared to the historical studies. DCVax-L will become the new SOC.

I am starting to believe we get all of our long awaited answers May 18th.

Shareholders meeting, “Brain Tumor Clinical Trial Update” webinar, ASM all on same day? Anyone know any journals that might publish that day also?

I also noticed that webinar was initially booked on 2/1/2021... then “revised” on 2/24/2021. Maybe when company was unblinded???

Seems like the stars are all aligning on that day.

Thanks for your hard work on this. I think it should be very clear now to most who pay strict attention to the story we’ve been told by the evidence that exists, including what the company has and has not told us, what the blinded/blended data show, the updated clinical trial websites in UK/EU, and the fact we’ve heard nothing negative from the FDA. My first day in Medical School a wise older professor from Yale told us, “Despite the technology your generation has at it’s finger tips, the advances in diagnostic tools, labs, etc. (and not all of you will remember this after a few years of practice) you have to remember, in the end, the answer is always in the story.”

As usual great work ATL, thanks a lot. Great work put together in one slide. Appreciate it very much. Is there a reason we don't want to include that Sharpie's 5yr OS red line extended blinded k-m curve that he shared in twitter.

And one suggestion on the Title of the 'Large RCTs for Newly Diagnosed GBM (2010-2019)'; just to let the new posters know DcVaxL is not in that chart, can a word like Without DcVaxL Trail something like that: 'Large RCTs Excluding DcVaxL Trail for Newly Diagnosed GBM (2010-2019)'

Thank you so much!

ATL, many thanks for crunching these numbers for us. I guess the challenge in concluding that the median OS actually differs between the treated populations is that we can't, outside in, do any non-parametric testing of the populations. In other words, we can't do a Whitney or Wilcoxon rank order test between the results.

Does anyone with more biometric stats than me know if we can do any hypothesis testing on non-parametric median values between two populations without having all the sample data from both trials?

2. At most, the OS measurement timing difference is only 6 weeks (1.5 months), and for the Gilbert et. al. 2014 trial, the timing difference is only 3 weeks.

Still wrong.

It takes time to recovery from surgery prior to start of cemo rad. All those "6 weeks" are actually 3+ months.

BTW, even if you adjust, you can not just add 3.1 months to bring T=0 back to randomization. Bad math there as the median of a skewed curve will be less than the mean.
