What I mean is the first part of that site is a guy describing himself and some pieces of art he has. Can always get back to that later if it interests anyone. I didn't read the entire article yet. I can tell you of what I did read. And that initial section on the artsy stuff is just a drop in the bucket compared to what followed it.
There are other areas below that which are probably even more lucrative.
Glink has revenue via an e-commerce platform.
Glink wants to export coffee... which is a huge market.
Media events... hosting 4 to 6 concerts in Vietnam a year with a capacity of 20,000 to 40,000 attendees...
BUT... The tie-in to Long Thanh and all the buildings they plan to put up in the area appeal to me even more than all of that. It shows the potential of that zone. It increases the appeal of everything we're doing in that zone. It shows investors in that zone. But there are also potential crossovers with Phi Group that we may uncover with enough digging. A resort. A hospital. Apartments. Retirement homes for high-income people.
Thank you! I overlooked it back then. So much stuff getting churned out lately it's easy to do. To be fair, I'm probably making the mistake of overlooking the art aspect of it too. I'm sorry.
I agree. The blurb at the beginning really highlights that the investor is a lover of the arts (previous education, career, charity work, etc). Art-and-culture tourism is arguably one of the core reasons we travel, isn't it?
Thank you for sharing... Looking forward to digging into this. The first chunk about the investor's art vision & mission is unique.
