Not by a long shot is THIS what is fucking up our country, not even close. the piece in question did not make the sweeping generalizations that you are making, nor have I seen any posts here remotely suggesting that most much less all police are bad.
There is legitimate criticism to be made about some of the most egregious bad policing incidents we've seen on our TV screens.
People taking this at face value is what's fucking up our country. Anyone can write this shit to create hate for anything they want. It's up to the people to to decide the veracity of what people write.
It's my opinion that there is no evidence that it is phony and I don't think it's a stretch for people to reflect on their police encounters and...……………….wonder how it might have gone IF. That's ALL that I inferred from that story.

Zorax, In your total rejection of the possibility of that story being true you are saying a story as that could never be told. That is patently absurd.
