The deli man is in serious trouble too.

brokering to the PUBLIC in a revoked stock is a biiig No No. He is an unlicensed broker. And he is brokering .. buying and selling. And if you carry it further .. making a market !!!!! The key phraseology is ' to the PUBLIC '. This brings the S E C to your door. LOL. The shares that he is dealing in whether they are private or not are UNREGISTERED. Another stupid moron like acca. If he 'solicits' [ which he does ], he is in for it .. big time.
