I have to admit that I didn’t originate the buyout idea. Buyout as in buyout the Series D shares before they can be converted. Someone else on this MB did. I overlooked it. But there’s some...but not total logic to it.
But following through on that other poster’s idea, it would make sense to spend a few $K now to force a higher buyout price.
I’m not totally sold on the buyout idea, though. SHMP has no $$ for a buyout. They’d have to offer more cheap shares to buyout the previous cheap shares.
