Might it have something to do with SHMP’s failure so far to uplist, making the Series D shares owned by GHS convertible to 60 MILLION common shares that SHMP has to register for sale.
BTW, GHS bought those shares for $5M. They’re now worth $36M...and SHMP will see NONE of that profit.
