He has to file with the SEC after he sells shares. I'm surprised more insiders didn't unload some shares on that crazy run to $10+ last week on monster volume. Might as well take advantage of the ridiculous level of froth in the markets. Talk about a golden selling opportunity!
Now things have swung back the other way. I think the stock is a bargain below $5 and have been buying. They should be sitting on over $2/share in cash after the recent offering. Q3 & Q4 were excellent quarters. Large backlog and a couple of easy comps coming up. Stock has to go up over 20% just to get back to $6...where investors thought the company was undervalued enough to buy 3M shares at that price last week.
