It should trend up from here if that’s the case, but at this point just because that file says 90 days it doesn’t mean they have to wait 90 days. Specially after the 20 days deadline already past.
Yeah it looks that way. I’m not a lawyer. So I could be missing something. I just haven’t found any documents to say differently. If nothing happens this week then the “order enlargement and extension of time” document may govern when the hearing date is.
From what I could find Dror maybe managing a company in Thailand. So he may have abandoned PROM. The last sec filings were in 2011.
