Yeah it looks that way.
I’m not a lawyer.
So I could be missing something. I just haven’t found any documents to say differently.
If nothing happens this week then the “order enlargement and extension of time” document may govern when the hearing date is.

From what I could find Dror maybe managing a company in Thailand. So he may have abandoned PROM. The last sec filings were in 2011.
