Can we please understand this from a precedent sort of perspective? Are there program directors typically in each non-primary biotech product launch country? Is a program director a graduate studies degree? Why hire a program director after what must be (IMO) internal unblinding. I’ve only seen emotional appeal to this move. Can anybody here add some semblance of experience with typicality of such a move? How do we distinguish this from window dressing?
