Why be concerned about hiring Ms. Power?
If we need a program director Ms. Power is a good choice because all else being equal, she is very motivated to work for NWBO because of more than money.
That type of loyalty cannot be bought but must be earned by deeds and is difficult to earn in this world.
I just do not think we should get ahead of ourselves here as some are.
Like the Cofer Black hire there is already a lot of speculation about what Ms. Power will be doing for NWBO.
Like Cofer Black, the personal history of the person is made a big deal.
In the end, as with Cofer Black we may very well see precious little in terms of results.
So in short, while I am glad for Ms. Power and her family, as she seems like a very good and talented person, until we see more, there is little for shareholders to celebrate beyond that and nothing to be concerned about.
