I think the Talon rights should remain at DTC, not Equiniti, unless there is some announcement. I do not know how Wells Fargo are involved or what exactly 'in charge of TLON CVRs' means in this context.
I thought Equiniti are the transfer agent for the CVRs because they acquired corporate stock transfer and I confirmed this with them in late 2020. That means all the CVRs were brought over to the Equiniti system without changing who owns the CVRs.
I contacted my old broker who said the TLON CVRs are still held dormant there. I could not move them to my new broker since they are non-tradeable securities. According to my understanding, if there is ever a payout on the CVRs, then the milestone payment should enter a cash account held for that dormant account.
Crossing my fingers that some of those milestones are hit in the coming years...
