marjac, one thing I have a question on. Will the SC see your filings of rule 24/60 when looking at all documents pertaining to Waxman's appeal? To be clearer, the SC is waiting for Hikma to respond through PACER. So will all the filings that are filed for your case linked through PACER to the SC case? Knowing how thorough the SC is, if this case is getting extra attention and the cases are linked, someone is going to visit the issues you raised.
