Again, no one is saying that NT filings aren’t allowed.

What I am saying is that Fritz implied that Enforcement’s filing calling DBMM a habitually late filer was not true.

The record clearly shows that DBMM IS a HABITUALLY LATE FILER.

Filing late is not against the rules! No one said that!

But DBMM’s ACTUAL FILING RECORD makes Fritz’s statement about DBMM being a timely filer COMPLETELY INCORRECT!

Agreed...NT is nothing but a grace period which is allowable. Heck car notes and credit card companies with banks have grace periods. NT in the stock world is allowable provided they file timely within the guidelines of the SEC which DBMM has. DBMM grey to pink no doubt is definitely on deck.
