Once again.

Let’s not get distracted as to the point of my post.

The point is NOT that DBMM was not justified in using the “untimely filing” NT form. Any company can use the NT form to file reports LATE and still be within the filing statutes.

The POINT IS that Fritz was WRONG when said that DBMM has a history of timely filing!

DBMM is anything BUT a company that filed timely reports!!

Just looking at the number of NT filings for the K’s and Q’s CLEARLY SHOWS that MOST OF THE TIME, DBMM’S filings were LATE!!!

Notice I didn’t say they DIDN’T file or didn’t file LEGALLY.

BUT THEY FILED LATE!!!

And Fritz’s implication that Enforcement was not justified in calling DBMM a habitually late filer is PLAINLY wrong.

Because DBMM IS A HABITUALLY LATE FILER!
