There’s only one more brief scheduled and Enforcement apparently gets the last WORD!

Fritz engaged in quite a bit of vicious name calling in her brief. I’m sure the SEC Commissioners aren’t happy about it.

Again - the SEC does not accept excuses for non-filing. It’s not a defense of any kind. Therefore, Fritz put up NO DEFENSE of late filings by DBMM. She merely took the tack of trying to JUSTIFY DBMM breaking the filing statutes!

MANY companies (hundreds of them) have tried to use every excuse in the book and the BOARD revoked EVERY ONE OF THEM.

I think the board revokes DBMM too.

If not revocation, then a suspension.
