Hikma's primary response is - EPADI II has no standing...and if the court determines they do....we Hikma - want additional time to respond on the rule 60 issue.
In short - we are ignoring it until we can't ..... because we cheated and almost got away with it....and are still hoping you Judge Du are stupid enough to be bamboozled by us again.
