They who? The rule 60 filing goes after everything. There are many attachments to the filing that were not posted - to include the Bhatt article saying patents were lost on a common statistical error and an expert consultant hired by EPADI 2 (through crowdfunding) which states there is no way Heinecke could have come up with his conclusion....as well as other documents supporting the problem with the testimony/math/science.
