While I obviously agree that they all should be fired, I'm wondering, are we looking at Amarin's legal team being corrupt and throwing the case? Or we talking about the generics bribing certain people?

Disclaimer: I think Hikma, Dr. Reddy and all their representatives are corrupt pieces of excrement and both companies should be dissolved and all compensation revoked due to the fraud they have perpetrated. And you can quote that in court.

Looking at the document the terms 'fraud' are used twice. Once for prior filings that were tossed by the court (Du complaint and the Amicus). The 2nd relates to their allegation of a libelous claim of fraud - however we know they submitted the cropped chart to the court cutting off a relevant line of inquiry (NS) and Heinecke's testimony (versus the scientific evidence we submitted countering Heinecke's testimony).

Their main focus is the motion to intervene. They want to nip that in the bud. If they lose that - it will be game on with the fraud.
