This wouldn't be so hard to take if escrow was receiving dollars. Certain people on this board are making assumptions based on what they read from the documents filed. I believe there are a lot of things going on behind the scenes that we are not aware of until the action has been done. Again 13 years is a long time for anything and whoever is in charge please have a heart and let the $$ flow to escrow. PLEASE..

If they try to screw us for our equity in Coop, which I do not think they will, we at least will have the first distribution to fight the other stock due in wmih/coop. Give them their small change Win, Win, Win.

March 31st is my guess 1st distribution cash Second before August 1st all stock.

There may have been another head fake but maybe on March 31st. All I can do is to try to track possible movement of money in this case KKR to determine a settlement date. Until they respect retail they will give us the head fake. JMO
