If they try to screw us for our equity in Coop, which I do not think they will, we at least will have the first distribution to fight the other stock due in wmih/coop. Give them their small change Win, Win, Win.

March 31st is my guess 1st distribution cash Second before August 1st all stock.

There may have been another head fake but maybe on March 31st. All I can do is to try to track possible movement of money in this case KKR to determine a settlement date. Until they respect retail they will give us the head fake. JMO
