The thing to keep in mind, if Wave undergoes a constant growth rate, the time it takes to reach $20 from $2.80 is the same time it will take to reach $142 from $20. This geometric increase is why Bill Gates is quoted as saying people overestimate the short run but underestimate the long run.

Yeah, but its much harder to grow a company that is valued at $20/share to the point where they can ve valued at $142/share.

Take GE, one of the largest corporations, or even MSFT. From today's valuation, they would have to become 10x more magnanimous than they already are. That's why people get out after the short run - no guarantees and it usually takes a much longer time. But, Wave's technology and emerging/growing industry space certainly allow them to grow in valuation if they execute well.
