Agree... TPTW has already upgraded 220 towers to 4G+ and will be easily switched to 5G soon...
Keep in mind tptw is not in the cellphone 5G, they use 4G+ / 5G to send signals from the towers to homes for internet and cable tv. This reduces the cost of infrastructure because trenches are not required to every house to run cables
Do you know what kind of money you're talking? BILLIONS.. ATT, Sprint, Verizon, all say they've spent BILLIONS and they're barely even started. Who is going to pay for something like that in South America in this economy? Covid is eating South America alive right now.. Brazil 125 dying an hour I believe is the last number I read. Country is in melt down as are most 3rd world economies. No 5G down there any times soon except for for the very wealthy.
